Willow Holistic Therapy · Licensed Professional Counselor
Sara Covert, M.Ed, LPC
Sara is a holistic counselor who blends mindfulness, somatic practices, and an existential perspective, helping people reconnect with themselves.
About Sara
Sara is a warm, curious, whole-person counselor who believes therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a clinical performance. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you walk in. You can talk honestly about the hard things, laugh when it helps, and get curious about what’s underneath.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Sara employs person-centered and holistic approaches to healing, believing you are the most important person in the room in session. Through counseling, self-exploration, and integrative wellness practices, she helps individuals cultivate greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and lasting change.
She weaves mindfulness together with training in EFT tapping and somatic practices to support healing of what the body holds. Sara is also a Reiki Master and breathwork facilitator.
