How we handle your information.

This page explains what our website collects, who handles it, and how to reach us with questions. Last updated October 29, 2026.

What this covers

Our website and what it collects.

This page applies to the Willow Holistic Therapy website, including Willow Grove Studio, in Columbia, Missouri.

It does not describe what happens in therapy. What you share with a therapist is protected by that clinician’s professional and legal obligations and by their own privacy practices, which they will go over with you when you begin care.

What we collect

  • When you write to us through a contact form or by email, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you choose, and your message.
  • When you join an interest list, a waitlist, or the newsletter, we receive the details you enter, such as your name and email address.
  • When you book a class, our booking platform collects the information it asks for and handles payment. We use Vagaro today.
  • Like most websites, this one records basic visit information, such as pages viewed, type of device, and general location, through our website host.

We use what you send to reply to you, to run our classes, circles, and clinic, to send updates you ask for, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information.

Please keep health details out

Forms and email are not private enough for clinical information.

Please leave diagnoses, symptoms, medications, and other private health details out of our forms and emails. Email is not a secure way to send them. Once you are working with a therapist, share those details with that therapist directly.

If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911. Willow is not a crisis service.

Who else handles it

The services that help us run this site.

We use a small number of outside services. Each one handles information under its own privacy policy.

  • Squarespace hosts this website and delivers form messages to us.
  • Google handles our email, our interest and waitlist forms, and the map on our pages.
  • Vagaro handles class booking and payment for now.
  • Psychology Today, Simple Practice, Instagram, and Facebook are separate websites. Once you follow a link to one of them, its own policy applies.

We share information only as needed to run these services, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Ask us anything about your information.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to take you off the newsletter or any list. We reply within a few business days.

This site is meant for adults, including parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children through our forms.

If we change this page, we will post the new version here with its date.
