The Space
A grounded place to arrive, practice, and settle in.
Willow Grove is located in South Columbia, Missouri just off Chapel Hill in the Woodrail Center. Learn about the space, where to park, what to bring, and feel a little more oriented before you walk in.
Inside the Grove
Soft enough to rest. Safe enough to be seen.
The space is simple, warm, and intentionally held by skillful trauma informed facilitators.
The Grove houses practices of movement, meditation, sound, breathwork, circles, group work, retreats, seasonal workshops, and more. Some classes are quiet and restorative. Some are more active or expressive. Some include education, spirituality, creativity, or guided conversation.
You do not need to have it all figured out before you arrive. You are welcome to come with curiousity, questions, even doubt. We encourage you to take options that suit you and participate in a way that fits your personal growth journey.
Arrival
Parking, building, and check-in.

Head to Suite 210. The Grove is inside Willow Holistic Counseling Center on the second floor (Stairs and elevators are just inside the front door).

Late arrival may interupt practice. For quiet, meditative, breathwork, sound, or closed-circle classes, the room will be closed once practice begins.
