An experiential women’s group using The Heroine’s Journey through somatic grounding, creative expression, symbolic exploration, reflective dialogue, and ritual. Leaves show up through shared community and exploration.

Holding the Holder Practitioner Circle

A monthly circle for facilitators, teachers, healers, guides, and wellness practitioners to connect in authentic community and receive support. Primarily aimed at connection and nourishment for people who are usually holding others.

A co-ed circle for meaningful dialogue, presence, courageous sharing, and supportive listening.

A nurturing space for women to gather, connect, reflect, and feel heard as women across ages and stages of life.

Vibrant Self: Somatic Movement & Meditation

A weekly practice using gentle movement, meditation, visualization, journaling, and reflection to release tension and emotional buildup. Somatic regulation, nervous-system support, emotional awareness, and embodied reconnection.

Yoga for Mental Health

A vinyasa flow designed to support mental well-being through mindful movement and breathwork. Mental health support through movement, breath, and embodied practice. It has Roots influence through subtle body and chakra language, but the primary container is grounded yoga for mental well-being.

Gentle Yoga & Restorative Sound

A grounding practice using gentle movement, breath, and resonant sound to support the body and nervous system. Aims for regulation, rest, grounding, and integration.

iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation

A trauma-informed guided meditation practice supporting deep relaxation, restorative sleep, and mind-body-spirit integration.

Breathwork with Sara

A conscious breathing practice designed to support mental clarity, emotional release, stress relief, well-being, and self-awareness. Centers personal growth, regulation, empowerment, and supportive practice.

Meditation with Dilnoza

A body-based meditation practice that invites participants to slow down, sense, listen, and access inner wisdom. Centers body wisdom, deeper truths, and inner knowing.

After Hours Tarot Club

After Hours Tarot Club is a cozy evening of tarot, reflection, and conversation at The Grove. Each month explores a different theme through a guided tarot spread, simple teaching, and time for personal insight, with no prior tarot experience required.

Orbiting Self & IFS (Series)

Orbiting Self is a four-week small group that blends astrology with core concepts from Internal Family Systems. Participants use a custom activity book and sticker kit to map birth charts, thoughts, emotions, and protective patterns while exploring the parts of themselves orbiting Self.

Spirituality Energy Circle

Spirituality Energy Circle offers a welcoming environment for exploring spiritual paths through guided meditation and discussion. Participants are invited into community with others interested in existential philosophy, self-understanding, spiritual growth, and energetic exploration.

Your Light, Your Field

Your Light, Your Field is an embodied practice for compassionate boundaries. Through reflection and creative art-making, participants explore their internal space, clarify where they end and others begin, and leave with artwork that represents their energy field.
